CubaDupa, to be held on the weekend of March 27-28 throughout the Cuba St precinct in Wellington, attracts more than 100,000 people across the festival weekend.
Coronavirus restrictions on gatherings meant the 2020 event was cancelled, and 2019s event was moved indoors following the Christchurch terror attack.

Organisers previously confirmed a full street festival for this year with its most ambitious and diverse programme yet and on Wednesday those same organisers announced a supersizing with even more acts, artists, stages and street vendors than first thought.

Hip hop sensation Jess B will perform on the Saturday.
Among those are hip hop artist Jess B, who will perform on the Saturday, American-based actress and songwriter Chantal Claret, who’s known for her role in the Netflix series Love, and renowned French singer-songwriter Franck Monnet.
Aucklands 11-piece New Telepathics will bring an avant-garde explosion to the streets of Te Aro, while Molly and the Chromatics will also perform on the Sunday.
The Cuba precinct in Wellington will come alive with CubaDupa later this year.
Among the new vendors announced is Te Kairanga Wines, which will present the Kairanga Street Feast as part of the more than 100 local food stalls offering a diverse range of culinary experiences.
The festival will also see the return of the much-loved Wellington Night Market, which has been out of action since last March.
Chantal Claret is coming to CubaDupa.
Festival director Gerry Paul said the team couldnt be more excited about the additional artists, vendors and external stages announced.
The programme that has been pulled together by our creative community is astronomical, Paul said. With only two months until the beautiful disruption of CubaDupa hits the streets, the team are buzzing and we feel privileged to be in a position to hold festivals.
CubaDupa will be held over March 27-28.

The festival will offer more than 19 hours of entertainment across 20 stages and creative zones, delivering 470 performances and 20 parades by more than 1700 artists from across Aotearoa.
