– Yellow Level 2 warning for rain, resulting in flooding of informal areas and infrastructure damage, is expected over the south-eastern parts of the Overberg and the Garden Route districts of the Western Cape.

KwaZulu-Natal can expect morning fog patches in places over the interior, otherwise partly cloudy and warm, but cool in the south-west.
It will become cloudy in the afternoon, with scattered showers and thundershowers, but isolated in the north-west.
The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh easterly to north-easterly, becoming moderate south-westerly in the south, spreading to Richards Bay by late afternoon.
