Among the famous faces were the TV presenter’s best man Declan Donnelly, and Holly’s This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield.
While Holly was a no-show at the wedding day on Saturday, she made sure to extend her congratulations to her telly pal on social media.
Hours after the ceremony, a sweet snap of the blushing bride and groom outside the church was posted to Ant & Dec’s official Instagram page.
Looking totally overjoyed, Ant looked to be shouting loudly and punching the air as he stood holding hands with beautiful bride Anne-Marie.
Showing off her incredible lace-decorated wedding dress, the former personal assistant carried a bouquet of purple flowers as she smiled.
“Mr and Mrs McPartlin,” the snap – which quickly gained hundreds-of-thousands of likes had been captioned, alongside a red love heart emoji.
Holly was among one of the first of Ant’s pals not in attendance to comment, simply writing “congratulations” alongside heart emojis.
She was joined by BGT host Amanda Holden, Love Island presenter Laura Whitmore and actress Emily Atack in extending good wishes.
I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here winner Giovanna Fletcher and former Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffatt also congratulated the happy couple.
Dozens of other telly famous faces, including Alison Hammond, Davina McCall, Ashley Roberts and Jamie Lomas left love hearts in the comments.
Meanwhile, This Morning host Philip wrote: “That was such a wonderful day, so happy the sun shone on you both.”
As well as Phil, Britain’s Got Talent judge David Walliams was also in attendance of the big day at a stunning Hampshire estate.
WEDDING OF THE YEAR
Ant said I Do to his beautiful bride Anne-Marie at a lavish ceremony in Heckfield on Saturday, dubbed the showbiz wedding of the year.
Ant was reported to have told pals he would host 100 of them at the luxurious Heckfield Place after the celebrations.
With rooms costing £1,100 a night on the weekend, this would amount to £110,000.
His own bridal suite to share with his new wife, complete with four poster bed, came in at £5,000 for the night.
Earlier in the beautiful day, Anne-Marie, 45, walked down the aisle in a £15,000 Suzanne Neville gown, with corseted bodice overlaid with a sheer floral embellished tulle, and a bouquet of white and purple roses with a small picture of her late father.
She stepped out of a £300,000 Rolls-Royce Cullinan, a long veil flowing down the back of her designer dress.
It is unclear what suit Ant chose for his nuptials to his PA, but he was spotted shopping at Sir Tom Baker London, which specialises in bespoke tailoring.
With the known figures added up and rounded up, it is estimated the wedding could have costed around £500,000.
At the ceremony itself, Dec delivered an emotional Best Man speech while standing by his side, speaking of how Ant is the best friend a man could have.
Earlier, Ant was jokingly urged to give best pal Dec a kiss by photographers as they posed under a floral arch before the wedding.
The TV favourites had arrived at the church early, at 12.40pm both looking dapper in matching black suits.
And they timed their arrival perfectly, hopping out of a Mercedes minibus just as torrential rain passed and the blazing sun shone down on the church.
