The post came just hours after a report from The Blast  on Thursday that her conservatorship case is facing a termination by a surprise legal filing.
The site claims a person not associated with the pop star is asking a court to end Spears’ conservatorship and is claiming that she is perfectly capable of handling her own life and finances according to legal documents.
The publication reports that the unnamed man does not explain how he is connected to the Toxic hitmaker and may actually just be a fan and if that is the truth then this would likely have no effect on the case whatsoever.
According to The Blast, the legal filing said ‘Wherefore, Petitioner requests an order of this court that the conservatorship of the person of Britney Jean Spears, the conservatee, be terminated.’

This comes just days after it was revealed that anupcoming hearing in Britney Spears’ conservatorship case will be held remotely, Page Six reported on Monday.
The 39-year-old pop star will virtually address the Los Angeles County Superior Court and Judge Brenda Penny about her desire to have her father Jamie removed as her sole conservator.
In a press release, the court confirmed that for the hearing on June 23rd ‘all parties, including Ms. Spears, are scheduled to appear remotely’.
Virtual: Spears will not appear in person to address the court over her long-standing conservatorship at the end of the month, Page Six reported Monday and noted that the upcoming hearing will be virtual
‘Limited seating will be available in the courtroom and in an overflow courtroom with a live audio feed from the courtroom,’ Page Six said. Cameras will not be allowed.
It is not expected that Britney will ask to end her long running conservatorship at the hearing. Rather, she will request that the judge permanently remove her father Jamie from being in control of her estate.
‘She has 99% of the freedom she’d have if she weren’t in a conservatorship, and the only thing she’s prevented from doing are crazy things, like buying three cars at a time [something she tried to do back in the day],’ a source previously told TMZ.
In a press release, the court confirmed that for the hearing on June 23rd ‘all parties, including Ms. Spears, are scheduled to appear remotely’.
The insider pointed out that not only is Britney free to travel and lives her day-to-day life without any real restrictions but she is also aware of how out of control things were before the arrangement was put in place in 2008 and is grateful for the structure the conservatorship gives her.
The source said: ‘She’s taken care of and she knows it.’
Britney seems happy with the temporary conservator currently in place, Jodi Montgomery, who stepped in back when her father fell ill.
In court documents, the A-lister’s lawyers have explained that their client would like Montgomery to be permanently put in place in lieu of her dad Jamie.

The Lucky hitmaker has been angry with Jamie ‘for a long time’ over business issues and his embracing of people on her team who she felt were motivated by their own interests, not what was best for her.
It was previously revealed that the Toxic hitmaker – who submitted court documents last year to insist she didn’t want her father to return to his position – wanted to campaign for someone else to be appointed as co-conservator.
A court filing at the time read: ‘Britney is strongly opposed to her father continuing as sole conservator of her estate.
‘Rather, without in any way waiving her right to seek termination of this conservatorship in the future, she strongly prefers to have a qualified corporate fiduciary appointed to serve in this role.’

In the same filing, Britney also said she wanted the trust to have the ‘power and authorization to pursue opportunities related to professional commitments and activities including but not limited to performing, recording, videos, tours, TV shows, and other similar activities as long as they are approved by the conservator of the person and [her] medical team’.
Jamie was appointed as his daughter’s conservator in 2008 following her very public mental and emotional breakdown.
However, last year, he stepped aside from the role due to ongoing health issues.
Britney’s conservatorship has been back in the headlines following the release of Framing Britney Spears which shined a light on her infamous breakdown and the ensuing legal battle to successfully and safely manage her career.
