Here is all you need to know about pub opening hours this weekend

The August Bank Holiday weekend is finally here as punters will be visiting their local pubs in droves to enjoy the much-needed break.
This will be the first long weekend since indoor hospitality has opened as restaurants and boozers across Dublin are gearing up for a busy few days.
Current rules state that people who are fully vaccinated or have recently recovered from COVID-19 can dine indoors.
Customers will be required to present their proof of vaccination (either the HSE vaccination card or the EU Digital Covid Certificate) along with a valid form of photo ID.
Here are the pub opening hours under current public health guidelines according to the Citizens Information website:

  • Saturday 10.30 am to 11.30 pm
  • Sunday 12.30 pm to 11 pm
  • Monday 10.30 am to 11.30 pm
